promise to exchange, issue a refund or credit, excluding shipping charges,
on any purchase accompanied by a receipt. We promise to exchange goods we
recognize as common to our own inventories or issue a credit, excluding
shipping charges, on items presented to us without a receipt. We promise to
be fair and reasonable when resolving any complaint or issue --and to always
be considerate of your point of view.

not satisfied at any time within 90 days with our products or service,
please send back your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price less
shipping and handling charges. All we ask is that you send back our products
in the original packaging and the original quantities. (i.e.. Whole dozens,
whole units, etc.)
