I am writing in regard to my recent order with your company. I had ordered some very hard to find roller skating party favors for my daughter's 10th birthday party at a local skating rink. First, I would like to compliment your efforts on delivering the items in such a timely manner. I was truly impressed with the time in which my order took to arrive. I couldn't be more pleased with the look of the product-although a couple of the flashing necklaces did not work when they arrived. I thought they were offered at a reasonable price. My only complaint would be that the roller skating party paper goods that were on your web site were not available for purchase unless they were purchased in bulk quantities. I was disappointed as I would have bought them also. I am glad I discovered your web store through a Google search and will keep you in mind anytime I need to purchase these types of items in the future.

Yes, I was satisfied with my order. Everything came in 3 days. Which was great. I would like to see you sell more items in gross quantities. When you are planning an event for a large group, it helps to have items come in gross. The Web site was ok to use. Shopping cart was simple enough. I chose to place an order with Rebecca's because I have placed an order in the past and some of your items are cheaper then other web sites. When every dollar counts, you look for bargains. Our festival was held on October 11th, and I was surprised and upset to find out that I was the person tasked to order the supplies. On October 6th I started to look at Oriental Trading, it seemed like their prices were high and who knows where they were shipping from, but there was no guarantee the items would arrive in time. It was pure luck that I typed ticket rolls on the search line and found you all. Not only were the prices better, but we received the order the next day. I was very satisfied with your service. This was my third and last year as the coordinator but I will pass on your information to who ever the lucky person will be. I wish I could have fired the person that was supposed to order the items, but unfortunately that was me. You all really saved me.

Just letting you know that my experience with Rebecca's this year was outstanding. This year I used the convenient online ordering. It was so easy. When I drove down to pick up my order, traffic was horrible and made me 15 minutes late...PAST CLOSE! But the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They were there to let me check out and even carried everything to my car. When I unpacked my order, it was absolutely correct. Nothing was forgotten or broken. Thanks so much for all you do to make our carnival a success!

I have received all of my items and I absolutely love them! My daughter has started a rather bland eraser collection and when I saw the assortment of 864 mini erasers - I had to have them and they are perfect. The bills and the coins are pretty cool too. Really cute. If I had to offer any suggestions it would be to offer other types of shipping. As an individual, my order was almost cheaper than the shipping and makes it not very cost effective for any type of regular ordering for personal play. I would really consider ordering more but this high additional cost really scares me away. It's unfortunate that you have no other options. But, aside from the shipping woes, I absolutely love your products and I know my daughter is going to flip out and that makes me very happy! Have a nice Christmas.

Well you have a very impressive company there. My need was for mini carabiners, hardly a great party item, but hey, you had 'em, and I had been stiffed by the big carabiner company on the web (they exist in at least four different guises, all with the same phone number, now useless though they charged me for the product). Your service was superb, the product just what I expected (I really wanted the "pear shape" but hey, I'm just happy to be able to get something that works, and that I can buy in reasonably small quantities (other companies had a minimum order of 600, yikes)). The function of the product is to connect two zipper tabs on the gig bag of my instrument. Put a party hat on your head, blow up a balloon, and call me a happy customer. My order was handled professionally and came on time. Everything went smoothly. I ordered from you since you are one of the few I can buy "cute" cups in bulk. I order from some of the manufacturers and buy in bulk but I still have to get the cases in those little 8 or 12 packs and unwrap every one of them so this was a real treat not to have to do it.
